Privacy Policy
How Tilebit collects, uses and protects your data.
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Who we are
Tilebit ("Tilebit", "we", "us") is a component and inspiration library for Webflow, Figma and Framer, available at tilebit.io. You can contact us at arnau@tilebit.io.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: your email address, name (if provided) and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Usage data: saved items, copied components, and anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle shares with us your email, plan and transaction status.
- Messages: anything you send us through contact or feedback forms.
3. How we use it
We use your data only to operate Tilebit: authenticate you, deliver what you purchased, respond to messages, send service and product emails, and improve the site. We do not sell your data.
4. Third parties we rely on
Your data is processed by service providers we use to run Tilebit: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Paddle (payments), Google Analytics and Amplitude (analytics) and our email delivery provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; sign-in will not work without them.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which permanently erases your profile and saved items. You may also email us to request access to or deletion of your data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any right, email arnau@tilebit.io.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and continued use of Tilebit after a change means you accept the updated policy.
