1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Tilebit (tilebit.io) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Tilebit provides design components and inspiration references for Webflow, Figma and Framer. Free accounts get limited access; paid plans unlock the full library. We may add, change or remove content and features at any time.
3. License
Paid members receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use components in their own projects, including client and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or repackage the components or the library itself, in whole or in part, or use them to build a competing product.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and anything done with it. One account per person; accounts may not be shared. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent access restrictions, without refund.
5. Payments and renewals
Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments for access for as long as Tilebit operates. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
6. Intellectual property
Tilebit and its content remain our property or that of our licensors. The license in section 3 is the only right you receive; everything else is reserved.
7. Disclaimer
Tilebit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any component fits your needs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to Tilebit is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version always lives on this page, and continued use of Tilebit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
